A James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for the past two years as well as San Francisco Magazine’s 2018 Chef of the Year, Reem Assil cooks food that is inspired by her Palestinian-Syrian upbringing and the connection to her family heritage and the community that Arab aromas, flavors and techniques evoke. Seattle Met’s reigning Restaurant of the Year, Homer is Chef Logan Cox’s homage to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine, made with Pacific Northwest ingredients prepared over a wood fire and served to share. Expect food made with soul, stories and love.
